Sky are correct in the fact that this is something they would not be covered under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I take it you mean they are trying to put you through to Sky Protect which you have a policy for?
