My TV listing's are missing from the home screen, can't get any TV channels on either the Sky Glass or the sky extender box in our living room.

@Robbie007 Try a restart on both the TV & Stream puck (not extender box) in the other room

Hi, I tried the reboot, powered off and back on on both the TV and puck but no joy. Getting a technical fault when I try open virgin or gold but still no TV listing's

@Robbie007 Have you powered down both devices for a few minutes?

Hi ,

Yes it worked after powering down sky glass and puck then powered up.sky glass first then the puck.
