If you aren't happy with their service voting with your feet is absolutely the right thing to do. However you can also try making a complaint.       <title>Sky glass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had issues since April that sky can't sort , phoned over 40 times, I was told to stop phoning it was with the technical team, I was told I would get £50 off on our bill which I refused as I'm paying 6 months of TV I can't watch properly, I could watch at all for 5 months in the morning. I tried to phone sky again and was told it's my brand and which I have already had checked 4 times now, even used phone as WiFi hub and still had problems . So I am abandoning sky &lt;FONT size="2" color="#808080"&gt;[Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
