    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4562526"&gt;@Claire843&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;When this happens to me I do the following ad it has always worked (so far).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Put your Glass into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't resolve the issue then have a look at the following links to see if they help:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-devices-to-broadband-start" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-devices-to-broadband-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also there is an option in settings to stop your Glass TV losing the network connection when in standby. &amp;nbsp;G&lt;/SPAN&gt;o into the Settings &amp;gt; Start up &amp;amp; standby menu and make sure that the option for&amp;nbsp;"Networked standby mode" to &lt;STRONG&gt;ON&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I would also turn &lt;STRONG&gt;OFF&lt;/STRONG&gt; the overnight power saving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All other devices are connected and running fine. But sky glass keeps saying no WiFi connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4562526"&gt;@Claire843&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Seen on the Forum switch the Glass TV off for a full 5 minutes back on after that and see if it connects!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
