    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having significant problems with streaming this morning. We periodically have to switch off the puck, to reset problems like loss of sound or black channels. &amp;nbsp;This morning its persistently displaying " there is a technical fault" and channels are unavaiable, or screens freeze at the end of a programme.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes same with my Gen 1 Sky Glass. Turned on and first said no network connection but there was. Then ITV wouldn't work - technical fault and keeps coming up sporadically. Can still here the programme but the picture goes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We only had an issue 2 weeks ago with no mainstream channels, so disappointing to have something similar so soon after.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All I'm getting on my tv is "technical fault please try later"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been through all sky's so called online help and nothing works. How do I get my tv back up and running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not impressed with sky as this is not the first problem I have had recently with my streaming services&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep, on a fairly new Gen2 , going to check my pucks and old Gen1 soon , fibre broadband is fine ( Sky ) , WiFi is fine so not sure if there was a software drop last night. Have done a power cycle and a reset through settings, hoping it's a blip&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having this issue. On the app it says I have a broadband issues but then when I go through the checker, it says the broadband is fine. I had this same problem earlier this year after an update was sent to sky glass. Sky tried to say I needed to buy a new TV but then after arguing for months that the issue had only started with their update, it was suddenly repaired. I do hope it's not the same issue!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
