    <description>&lt;P&gt;They guy actually told us to get particular screws so they could install it on the wall!!! &amp;nbsp;They didn't unpack it, or take away any packaging.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't have paid for premium as it's not being connected for another 10 days. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do I query it ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We paid £45 for sky glass to be installed and we were told when we placed the order to be installed on the wall using wall mount?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they delivered the sky glass handed it over and walked away saying they don't install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what was the £45 for?!? &amp;nbsp;Anyone else had this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can't find anywhere to work out how to complain or query it. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and not getting what we were sold in loathe to ring again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Setup and wall mounting is not included&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
