Struggling to play back itv x on my sky glass air.

Hi @RG31 A couple of things to try. Firstly reboot your Air TV via settings > System Management > Resets & Updates and selecting Restart Device. This will take a couple of minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while until the Sky logo appears.

If that doesn't help try resetting the ITVX app by doing the following: open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7

This clears the cache and should help resolve any issues with the specific ITVX app. After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue.

Note there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you are on the homepage of the ITVX App.

This is great advice thank you bear in mind you will need to login to itv x again after this cache clearance 👍

Hi @andar I have never had to log in again after doing this procedure. Once you see the privacy & cookies screen and select continue it takes you straight back to ITVX.

Yes it took me back to the itv x home page but I noticed it had logged me out on the account settings

maybe just a one off
