      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3738036"&gt;@TYE3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you have been using your Glass for terrestrial TV then you must have the coax cable attached. &amp;nbsp;Try removing the coax cable &amp;nbsp;and unplugging both your Glass TV and router. &amp;nbsp;After a couple of minutes plug the router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. &amp;nbsp;Once it has fully rebooted plug your Glass TV back in and wait for that to fully reboot. &amp;nbsp;Also of course make sure your network is setup correctly in the &amp;nbsp;settings /Network menu&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully that will get you back up and running. &amp;nbsp;Good luck&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
