Control SkyGlass Volume with Apple TV Siri Remote

I own the SkyGlass Gen1 and love its design, but it drives me crazy I can't control the volume of the main speaker with the Apple TV Siri Remote. Can't seem to be able to teach Apple TV to control them (even in IR mode). There must be a workaround, I've tried Phillips and Samsung Codes, even contacting TP-Vision who are the manufacturers of this.

Please, if there's anyone from the technical team reading, please let us know how to achieve this.

Hi @andresurena I don't know the answer and I'm not sure if it is relevant but have you been into the Remotes & Devices > Home Cinema Control. There are options for Control TVs and Receivers as well as Volume control (mine is set to auto via HDMI (receiver) and controls my Samsung TV with no problems.

I have also spotted Learn Remote which I have never noticed before.

I don't know if any of this will help but if you haven't tried these options yet it's certainly worth a try.

Thanks! I'm aware of that options but sadly the Apple TV is unable to learn the SkyGlass remote commands. For whatever reason it can learn every other device in the planet but this one. Thanks for taking the time either way. Happy Sunday!

To date, no one has been able to get an Apple TV remote control to interact with a Glass TV in any way.

As above Glass is not configured to work with an Apple remote.
