    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4546210"&gt;@Rob2310&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;In case you are not aware, even though Netflix is included in your monthly subscription you still need to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a look at &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix" target="_self"&gt;THIS&lt;/A&gt; link to see if it helps you. &amp;nbsp;It covers&amp;nbsp;registering in detail but included Sky Q and well as Glass/Stream so make sure you follow the correct&amp;nbsp;part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
