topic Lip Sync (again) Sky Glass Gen 2 in Sky Glass

Recently changed sky q for 55 inch sky glass gen 2. It is connected to the hub by ethernet. I have noticed, occasionally, lip sync issues. I only use the tv speakers. So why? Fed up and will have to jump through the necessary hoops to try and speak to a sky advisor (?) I am considering cancelling my order as within the cooling off period, and going back to sky q .... if that's even possible?

Hi @paultm53

You have 31 days to cancel from day of delivery. You will need to call sky to do this.

Lip sync was an an issue with a software update back in the gen 1 days but not been a wide spread issues since and not something I experience on my Gen 2 set.

Does changing the channel bring it back in sync? Is certain content affected or is it everything (i.e. live channels only etc).

The temporary fix was to change the audo settings to PCM when experienced as a wide spread issue.

MikeAlanR
