    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mother's been with Sky for over 30 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She bought a Sky Glass 4 years ago, which has stopped working, and we've been informed it's no longer under warranty!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She expected it to outlast her, being that she's in her late 70s.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky has not returned our calls and she's now been without a TV for over a week and does not have the money available to buy a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't believe Sky has treated a customer of over 30 years and an elderly person this way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4545487"&gt;@Benfowler&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Like most TV Manufacturers the warranty only lasts either 1 or 2 years.&amp;nbsp; While it's dissappointing TV's can and do fail outside their warranty period.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm curious as to what it is you're wanting Sky to do?&lt;/P&gt;
