Jumping picture

I've had a new sky glass gen 2 TV for a few days and I've noticed the picture is freezing for a second and jumping forward on a programme especially if I pause a programme. I have super fast fibre broadband with a download speed of 900mbs so surely it can't be that, any ideas please.

@Fasteddy08 How is the Glass TV connected to the hub? You may have 900mbpos line speed to the hub, however wifi can suffer interference from neighbouring signals or speed reduction.

If possible try etthernt from the tV to the hub.

Connected via ethernet cable.

Done the WiFi, it was the same with live streaming then as well

have you turned wifi off in the glass settings (then restarted to save) when using ethernet?
