Maybe if you outline the issue the community will be able to assist. Or you can call sky to discuss your options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got 2 glass TVs and 4 pucks working without issue so it is possible but strong, fast stable broadband is key as well as good connectivity from the device to the router. Please provide more info about your issue and your setup and we will do our best to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
