I am missing lots of channels especially itv channels not sure whats going on

You will need to provide more information. Missing in what way? Do you mean missing from the EPG? Or the channels won't load. Or not part of your subscription? Do you have essentials or ultimate TV pack?

I would suggest powering off at the mains for a few minutes and powering back on if missing from epg or checking for subscription against that list if your getting an upgrade message.

Are you based in UK or Republic of Ireland

If you based in Republic of Ireland ITV channels are not on Sky Ireland EPG

Virgin Media Ireland channels broadcasts ITV Studios content in the Republic of Ireland
