I have contacted Sky a number of times to try and buy a Sky Glass Gen 2 TV, per the app, and by phone, they won't let me buy one, we have the old model, I have made two complaints over the last week, guess what, NO response, able to pay in one amount, can't understand the problem, any suggestions ??

What reason have they given to you that you cannot purchase? Is it credit score maybe or you purchasing outright?

If Sky don't want to take your money then there are plenty of other retailers out there who will sell you a shiny new smart TV. You can always add a Stream puck to it for the same SkyOS experience you get on your gen1 Glass. There are some excellent pre-Black Friday deals around on OLED and mini-LED models right now.

@BenJoBanjo Two years ago I sold my Glass TV and took advantage of the Samsung TV deals. The OLED TV had £200 off the normal price and if purchased with the TV I could chose any Samsung soundbar at half price which gave me a total saving of £450. The picture quality with a stream puck is simply outstanding and the sound is better than the Glass Gen 1 soundbar.
