Sky glass tv remote isnt working

My new sky glass remote control isn't working.

I took batteries out and put back in it worked then stopped. It doesn't work all the time. There is no backlight on the remote control either

If none of the steps resolve the issue, the last step will tell you how to contact sky and request a new remote. We are fellow customers here on the community.
