&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;know our customers have loved the Sky Live games, and so&amp;nbsp;we've&amp;nbsp;invested in bringing more games to Sky Glass &amp;amp; Stream for all customers to enjoy.&amp;nbsp;There's&amp;nbsp;something for everyone in the family, including the newly released Who Wants to be a Millionaire, arcade games like&amp;nbsp;PacMan, child-friendly games from Teletubbies and&amp;nbsp;Spongebob, as well as card and strategy games like Solitaire and Chess.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been saying that this would happen for months. It was very obvious that Sky Live was an expensive mistake from Sky. No camera accessory for a TV has ever done well. When it was all but erased from the Sky website a few months ago it was clear it was headed for the scrapheap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to applaud Sky for refunding customers though. That's incredibly generous of them to do that. It's also good to see that you can &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-live-returns" target="_self"&gt;return the device to Sky for recycling&lt;/A&gt; by printing off a Freepost label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RIP Sky Live.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's such a shame they are stopping Sky Live. I've been using it for games and for zoom calls with the family.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the plus side it is good they are giving us all a full refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do wonder when it gets switched off then Sky will eventually unlock 3rd party webcam access so we can still do zoom calls using our Sky Glass Gen1/Gen2 TVs. Fingers crossed!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought sky glass for the feature of zoom calls, now all those services are gone and you can't even connect a different camera,&amp;nbsp; plus the issues gen 1 produced, I think a partial refund for gen 1 customers&amp;nbsp; should be available too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They sold tons of them, many more than Sky Live. If it was fatally flawed then more people would have complained, and the product would have been recalled. Instead it spawned the gen2 Glass TV and the Glass Air. These are high profit margin pieces of hardware which continue to sell. Sky Live was not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Live was a gimmick - an add-on which arrived too late to be of much use, delayed by the botched power supply which necessitated a re-design of the USBC/HDMI cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is that it didn't sell in anything like the numbers Sky hoped. The numbers of people who bought a Glass TV just so they could add Sky Live and make zoom calls on it would be tiny.&amp;nbsp;It's better for Sky to retire it now, kill it quickly and try to forget it ever happened.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was probably being harsh by saying it wasn't good enough.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You're absolutely right in saying that it was perfectly adequate for those that bought it. It would have been a much more attractive proposition to more people had it released alongside the original gen1 Glass TV in the midst of the Covid pandemic. The chance to have video calls with loved ones via the TV, and to use the watch together feature (did anyone ever use that?!) during the various lockdowns would have been a definite selling point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't think of another product in recent memory that has been on release for such a long period though (it launched in June 2023), which has been &lt;EM&gt;fully refunded&lt;/EM&gt; after the closure of the service attached to it. That's got to be unprecedented, for Sky at least.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
