Hi, I've just joined sky and don't go live until the 14th November. I've been trying to contact someone to talk to so I can add on the sky glass TV instead of the box but everytime I try it keeps saying there is a problem. Does sky have live chat agents that I could speak to online without having to phone them? Thanks

If you click on the Sky help link below, click on the Chat to Sky assistant button top right.

Try and provide as much information on your ordering problem and it will most probably provide an agent to discuss with you;
