Hi. I've just purchased the 43 inch sky glass, and I feel it's too small. I should have got the 53 inch. What are the options to change?

@ReneMck If you are still with the cooling off period cancel everything including the subscription element and return to sky then order the correct model and subscription again from scratch

There is no 53 inch Sky Glass, only 43, 55, and 65 inch models are available.

I went from 55" to 65" within the 31 day period, you do not have to cancel any subscriptions they remain in place as per your contract. I paid £25.00 for collection of the old TV and the new one was delivered at the same time. I'd kept the box and the collection guys packed it all up. They need to take photos so don't pack in advance. They also unpacked and made sure the 65" was ok before leaving. My account was refunded in a few days for the original TV once inspected (I paid up front).

Sky and the delivery guys were excellent no complaints.

Hi Gincap,

That's reassuring to know! I only received it on Friday, and it's just not big enough. I thought it would be a hassle to have to send back and have to order a new one. That's great that they deliver at the same time as the collection. I will give them a call tomorrow. Many thanks for your help, much appreciated 😀

Thanks for your reply... I will call them tomorrow. Another user on the thread was able to order a replacement and have the original collected at the same time.
