Menus and Apps Load but no Picture for Previews or Viewing

Sky menu loads, apps load but I get no picture. Only sound.

Even the previews in apps don't display video.

Some things to try

1. try pulling the plug for a few minutes

2. go into the settings menu and select the refresh apps setting. This can take a few hours to complete in the background

3 go into the native Netflix app and then into settings - select network check and report back on the speed you are getting
