topic Recurrent unresolved problem persists with tv & slow broadband in Sky Glass

I have a glass tv (small)

I have repoetted blue screen issues several times iver the past 18 months. Last time was a month ago. I have had SKY engineers visit at keast 3 times. Each time it was passed on to Outreach. Reasons given range from possible faulty tv, slow wi fi (frequently drops below 50bps guaranteed speed), & that we still do not have a superfast beoadband service although it is available in my post code area. Openreach external junction box apparently does not have sufficient connection points. I'm at the point where I feel that all my current SKY products should be replaced with new to start afresh, ie Glass tv (under guarantee), router, & broadband supply. I really do not want to leave SKY, but this recurrent problem is getting beyond a joke.

Sky Glass can function on most internet service providers, not just Sky.

Thanks BenJoBanjo.

Good advice. I'll take that and write a formal complaint as suggested👍
