You cannot compare this to Q as that is a satellite product and uses a totally different method of delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Presumably if it's an issue in your cul de sac it's affecting multiple people with multiple Internet service providers, the issue with with Open reach, either it's network or the exchange.
