&lt;P&gt;Would suggest first trying a restart of your Sky Glass TV&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Glass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you do a network speed test on your Sky Glass TV.&lt;BR /&gt;Launch Netflix on your the Glass TV (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Check Network.&lt;BR /&gt;Would suggest running the test a few times, say over a half hour period.&lt;BR /&gt;What is your speed?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using wifi or an ethernet cable connection?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reboot the TV, unplug leave a few minutes to clear software glitches and power on this should clear it. Check your WiFi signal in settings if weak attach an Ethernet cable from your router. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
