Sky glass discovery plus

Had discovery plus on q and after signing up got access ok.Now on sky glass and opened the discovery plus app and went through the procedure on the tv and my mobile phone and once again got access.Havent used the app for a few weeks and when wanting to use it itd asking for log in details but doesnt recognise the email address i signed up with from day 1.Ive tried all ways to access the sign in seems other people are struggling with similar issues,anyone help please.

Are you sure you are signing in with the email and password you had to enter when first setting up and activating your Discovery + account on your Sky Q?

Try logging into Discovery + via a web browser with the email and password and see if it works?

Plus, you will have to activate your account again if you not done so yet on Sky Glass, as your previous Sky Q activation does not carry over.

You can still during the activation process use the same email and password though as you setup previously for the Discovery account on Sky Q.
