Hi, if I try to go any faster than 12, it seems to get stuck and then rewinds itself, any ideas how to fix this?

have you tried either pulling the plug for a few minutes or going into settings and selecting restart ?

often clears strange glitches !

Hi @Vickit661 Sometimes if I Fast Forward at 30 times speed when I press stop instead of playing the programme it slowly rewinds for a bit. I have not found any way to stop this so if it happens I just use the voice control on my remote and give commands such as "Forward 3 minutes" etc. I have rebooted but it still happens some of the time.

TBH it doesn't worry me as it is so easy to use the remote voice control to get around the problem.
