See: &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can either user the netflix transfer option to transfer your profile over to the new account or contact netflix and get them to unlink the incorrect account. As per the info in the bottom of that article:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Please note: Linked the wrong Netflix account to your Sky account? You'll need to contact Netflix directly to update it."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MikeAlanR&lt;/P&gt;</description>
