sky glass Wall mount fixings replacement

Hello so I've misplaced my sky wall mount fixings the 4 round things not quiet sure what they are called. But they are black and round. I have a 55 medium sky glass tv. Can I call sky and get a replacement parts or do I need to get my own and if so does anyone know what they are called or what size to get.

I dont think Sky customer services can issue these parts. However see the spare parts section on this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs

Sky Glass Wall Spacers. Note that these aren't 'fixings': they are there to keep the plate the right distance out from the wall so that its load-bearing lugs engage safely with the back of the set while still providing a relatively low-profile fit.

The supplied black wall spacers are 15mm thick, 35 millimetres diameter with an 8 millimetre ('M8') diameter bolt hole.

Generic spacers (or even washers) can be used: the critical dimension is the 15mm thickness to permit the set to seat properly on its four supporting lugs, because given the weight you really don't want it to engage only partially when lifted into place. Sets of M8 spacers are available on Amazon and eBay for a few pounds.

Sky does not provide or advise on suitable wall fixings.

Hello MikeAlanR thank you for your advice/support I've called sky and they have sent me the spacers think because it was within the warranty. The partners said they couldn't do anything about it and to call sky
