Sky glass tv isnot loading programed

When lmput a channel on it comes up with trying to load programe

Then it switches but to list of channels

Cannot watch any films on sky or my list or saved programes

Have you tried a reboot? Thats usually the first thing to try unless its a repetitive problem that persists after a reboot?

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Hi l keep doing that but it goes back to not loading program

Having the same issue. This seems to happen after watching an app like netflix, youtube or prime. The message appears and then after 30 seconds throws you back to the menu.
