    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the tv is only 2 weeks&amp;nbsp; old and still under warranty then you should&amp;nbsp; ask for&amp;nbsp; a replacement, not heard of an engineer&amp;nbsp; coming&amp;nbsp; out for a sky glass tv&amp;nbsp; before, I would&amp;nbsp; call sky tomorrow&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; ask for a replacement&amp;nbsp; tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Spent some time with Sky today and she suggested a replacement remote is in the post. Thought about it some more then spent an hour online with another Sky helper. We tried everything inc factory reset, now waiting for an engineer in 6 days. It's not 2 weeks old yet&lt;/P&gt;</description>
