Possibly intermittent dropouts on your new connection? You wouldn't notice on most devices as they tend to buffer more than sky devices. Maybe contact your isp to request a line test

also try rebooting your router and maybe try with an ethernet cable to check your router wifi is not problematic

We have recently changed broadband provider and since then, our Sky Glass regularly loses connection. It's particularly bad in the afternoons. When we go into Network Connection it quickly connects. We then go back to selecting a channel and it disconnects again. This can go on for 30 mins then it behaves itself for the rest of the day/evening. No other Wi-Fi connection in the house is affected. Any ideas?

Hi @sbsmiths

Who's the isp you went to? I had issues with a EE Smart Hub Plus after it being fine for 18 months. It was down to an issue with a software update and DNS and band steering issues introduced in that release.

After several months and complaints and investigations I've been upgraded to the WiFi Pro router and no issues since.

MikeAlanR
