    <description>&lt;P&gt;As from yesterday I'm back up and running got a lovely Lady who works from home she was a god send. As I had ordered Sky stream and not realiseing I had old Glass TV account as well . That was my problem two accounts, so she updated my Sky glass account &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt; fabulous then sent me to Stream account and cancelled that as don't need stream. The advisor did more in 40 min than it took me 4 days and 5 hours trying. Also thanks to everyone who tried to help was appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
