The circle button on the remote is not working everything else on the remote is

Try a reset on the remote first

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.

in the interim you can use a sky q remote to control the tv (if you have one)

You can partially use it with voice commands

Hi @JRoberts2 If you are lucky enough to have one in a drawer somewhere you can you the Sky Q remote in IR mode.
