topic Sky Glass keeps disconnecting from Wifi in Sky Glass

For about 4 months now our sky glass keeps disconnecting from the WiFi every time we turn it off, and recently it has even started doing it whilst it's turned on and in use, we have tried speaking to someone about it but they insist it's a WiFi hub issue and not the telly which we find hard to believe since no other device is having issues only the sky glasses. We changed hubs and it's still continuing. Has anyone got any ideas.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @RhysF20 and @Kerryh2 It is possible your pucks are simply losing the network connection when you put the puck into standby. I used to have this same problem with my Glass TV. The following resolved the issue for me.

Have a look in the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON. I would also turn OFF the overnight power saving.
