    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3692708"&gt;@ScottishClaymore&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;The following is a variation on the usual pairing method and it's one that Sky suggested a few years ago when I first got a Glass TV and was having issues (they referred to it as a hard remote reset). &amp;nbsp;It's worth a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Glass turned off at the wall:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold 4 &amp;amp; 6 for 10 seconds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 for 10 seconds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn on TV wait for it to reboot &amp;amp; go to homepage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold 1 &amp;amp; 3 until it says it is connected&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had replacement Glass tv yesterday set it up but remote did pair to tv but now can't use voice command on remote or ask glass tv to find my remote but when I press 7 &amp;amp; 9 together nothing happens, if I factory reset tv the remote will pair but after set up it says your not connected press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together but if phone sky they just tell me how to unpair it &amp;amp; pair it again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Press 1 &amp;amp; 3 at same time etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That was only remote I had but someone on here have said in another discussion about fill in a form to get new remote so I'll wait until then&lt;/P&gt;</description>
