ive upgraded to sky ultimate but ime still getting ads on Netflix.

anyone know why.

Yes to get rid of the ads you need to upgrade your Netflixs account i have Netflix premium and no ads you can do this on the my sky app

When I upgraded to sky ultimate it said no ads on Netflix but it's still got ads.i thought it would update automatically.so do i have to go into the NETFLIX app to sort this out

On standard without ads Netflix is £4.49 watch on two devices

You can upgrade through your My Sky app. Select "your products" on the home page, scroll down to "Netflix - upgrade now", scroll down to "Netflix". On the "already yours" down arrow select the package you require.

Out of curiousity where did it say that?

The bundled version of Netflix that comes included in Sky packages is the "Standard with Ads" tier.
