Credit Agreement links back to homepage

I have just agreed to move to Sky Glass from Sky Q and need to sign the Credit Agreement. There are 2 links to the CA on my homepage, but both just link back to the Sky homepage!! It looks like a number of others have had this problem, but I have not seen a solution. I've tried different browsers, as well as the mobile app. Pop ups are disabled. Please help 🙂

@peter-marlow+1966 Thank you for the quick response. I did not receive anything to my email. In fact, the link that was sent to me from Sky was via SMS. Additionally, the point is that the links all redirect back to the homepage when I click on them from within my account.

Eventually resolved! The issue was that they had 2 x different email addresses associated with me/my account and this breaks their system somewhere. I hope this helps!

(That issue is also why I have had to create a second user name for Sky Community! I am the original poster)
