      <title>Sky Glass factory reset selected wrong WiFi</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We did a factory reset due to internet issues and not connecting to WiFi/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Started the update but we selected wrong WiFi and now it's stuck on 0%&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband is now working - it wasn't the TVs fault after all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to restart factory reset but it won't let us.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a way to "interrupt" a factory reset and start again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This should restart the process, allowing you to set up your broadband connection before the software update takes place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks will try that in the mornning - we have done that but thought it had picked up were we left off, ie, after the WiFi selection&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so we've retried the factory reset - it's as if it's where it was before - after you select the WiFi. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't go back to the beginning. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't&amp;nbsp; do a factory reset&amp;nbsp; without taking to a sky advisor as you are doing it, only a sky advisor&amp;nbsp; can tell you if you&amp;nbsp; need to do a factory reset or not as it say you will lose your&amp;nbsp; personal settings&amp;nbsp; and your&amp;nbsp; account&amp;nbsp; details, and the tv/puck will unlink from your&amp;nbsp; account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
