      <title>Sky Glass Issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone experiencing issues, I have Sky Glass Gen2, issues with speaking to the remote and any voice commands, they work for a few minutes and then everything starts to lag, slow between menus and blue screen with please wait.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have put TV on standby and rebooted multiple times, switched off router and reset. Internet speeds look fine at 140mbps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also reset control with the commands 1-3 and 7-9, commands very much on and off but everything is so slow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas please, tried calling Sky and it just says busy and they hang up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Stuck on loading … then says technical fault.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suddenly tonight - tried to switch channel and got stuck on loading message. Then said technical fault. Tried switching off at socket and leaving for a minute or so and switching back on. That resets it but happens again the minuté I try to select a channel. I can successfully get to and watch Netflix. Broadband (not Sky) fine. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You only have 140mps and the more devices that you have connected the&amp;nbsp; weaker&amp;nbsp; the signal is&amp;nbsp; to each device, 140mps is what you get to the router&amp;nbsp; not what you get&amp;nbsp; to each device, sky glass tv to watch&amp;nbsp; hd channels you need a minimum&amp;nbsp; of 25mps and to watch&amp;nbsp; uhd channels you need&amp;nbsp; a minimum of 35mps&amp;nbsp; that is what sky recommend&amp;nbsp; for each sky glass tv&amp;nbsp; and puck, if you have mobile phones, laptop games consoles or anything&amp;nbsp; like that&amp;nbsp; that will eat into the&amp;nbsp; Internet speed, run a speed&amp;nbsp; test by opening&amp;nbsp; Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network and see what speed&amp;nbsp; each tv and puck are getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would&amp;nbsp; say that&amp;nbsp; you probably&amp;nbsp; need a minimum&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; of at least&amp;nbsp; 500mps&amp;nbsp; to sort your&amp;nbsp; issues&amp;nbsp; out, i&amp;nbsp; have 2 55inch sky tvs&amp;nbsp; a puck, sky live camera,&amp;nbsp; freesat box,&amp;nbsp; Xbox,&amp;nbsp; laptop&amp;nbsp; personnel&amp;nbsp; computer, 3 mobile phones a smart meter, 3 alexas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; am on gigafast broadband 900mps and have no problems with&amp;nbsp; freezing&amp;nbsp; tv or anything,&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; would say your&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; is&amp;nbsp; not powerful&amp;nbsp; enough&amp;nbsp; for what&amp;nbsp; you are doing, as I&amp;nbsp; have&amp;nbsp; said&amp;nbsp; the more you have connected&amp;nbsp; to the Internet&amp;nbsp; the weaker the wifi&amp;nbsp; signal&amp;nbsp; is to each device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had these issues before, and I have two glass TVs, a sky puck that my daughter doesn't really use and then just phones connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried my Glass Air upstairs with no issues so will monitor the TV downstairs for a few days to see if it was an internet issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
