      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Friday and Sunday we tried to watch our Netflix with ads via stream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;puck and no matter what we tried the quality was worse than a vhs video&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we switch to prime and no problems with that or other channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since Prime works fine, it’s not your internet. Try restarting the puck, updating or reinstalling the Netflix app, and maybe test Netflix on another device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
