    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a new Sky Glass TV. Our package includes Netflix. We were previously using our sons account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It did it automatically when we switched from the puck to Sky Glass. I have just called Sky and I need to call Netflix to remove my Sky account from his Netflix account to use my Sky/Netflix account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response. I spoke to Sky and Netflix. I had to get my son to remove his email address from my account and replace it with my email address. This then allowed me to log in and get Netflix working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
