&lt;P&gt;Have you activated your Netflix as shown in this Sky help article, as described under the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Activate Netflix on your Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck &lt;/STRONG&gt;section;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im using Gen 1 sky glass TV . I don't have any apps and can't see Netflix anywhere amd not sure how to activate Netflix . And it also says sorry,there are currently no programmes of this type available&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
