      <description>&lt;P&gt;The paramount+ on my sky glass is very slow and sometimes gets stuck on the opening logo screen and won't load at all. The sky puck won't load past the logo screen either. Anything I have eventually tried to watch just gets stuck on a bufffering screen. I only took out the sky cinema package today and if it's not going to work I don't want to pay for it for 24 months&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How is it that we live in 2025, and yet big companies like sky can offer this type of horrible service. I don't care if it's a free add on.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Last two days I've been unable to get into Paramount+ via the app on my Sky Q box. Sometimes I get a black screen, sometimes the logo, sometimes the user list. Twice I've got to the programme page. But a lot of the time I get a spinning wheel of a blank screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionally I get a message saying it's an internet issue (which it can't be as all other apps work) or that it's a problem their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paramount+ app works on my TV (but is unwatchable due to sound issues) and on my fire TV in the bedroom, and via my phone. So just appears to be a Sky issue? Bit frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to make sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First try the following if you have not done so already.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Power restart;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Standby&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refresh your apps;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;0,0,1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Select&lt;/STRONG&gt; to access the &lt;STRONG&gt;Installer menu&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Apps&lt;/STRONG&gt; then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh all Apps on this box.&lt;/STRONG&gt; You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The refresh can take up to 24 hours to complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try a restart of your broadband router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings&amp;gt;Systems Management&amp;gt;Resets &amp;amp; Updates&lt;BR /&gt;Select Restart device&lt;BR /&gt;Your Sky Glass TV and Sky Stream puck &amp;nbsp;will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refresh your apps;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL class="sc-pyfCe ekEjjI" data-skyui-core="Text@11.1.2"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
