    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've recently brought a 65 inch sky glass air I didn't realise I could get Netflix as I already had a account my bill came through for my old one so I thought meh I'll just add the new one signed out my old account refreshed Netflix pressed continue to connect new account takes me to a loading screen then like a blue screen for sky and just stays on it I've tried unplugging waiting it out the lot I'm kinda confused&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I press continue to add account on Netflix as it loads to the next screen I'm assuming to continue the purchase of the account and link it to my sky account it stops on that screen just goes from continue screen to blue loading screen but doesn't load&lt;/P&gt;</description>
