      <description>I have a message saying there is a technical fault on all of my channels just it has just happened now 7th sept Ive tried turning everything off and back on again and still nothing I've checked on the service checker and everything is green and all good on my end can anybody help before I call sky themselves</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2737740"&gt;@Bierton&lt;/a&gt;A restart of your Glass TV will probably resolve the issue (until the next time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do this go to Settings &amp;gt; System Management &amp;gt; Resets &amp;amp; Updates &amp;gt; Restart device.&amp;nbsp; It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
