Issue starting programmes using voice.

From yesterday whenever I search for a program using voice, its finds the program but you cannot play it.

If it is Sky Cinema it says Add, if it is Prime etc. it says sorry there are no programmes of this type available .

If I manually search they work.

Have you tried a settings restart, as below or a power restart of your Sky Glass TV?

Settings restart:

On your Sky Glass TV, go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates

Select Restart device
Your Sky Gkass TV will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Hey thanks for the reply, yep we tried that but no luck. Also tried a hard reset and still the same unfortunately.

If you wish to, try a broadband router restart, if you have not done so already.

It may help.

Is it all content or just some content.

Do you have some examples that it fails with?

Ah yes we tried with a router reboot but same thing. It does it on Sky Cinema (Just says Add and no Play option) and then for Amazon Prime and Disney says no programmes are available. It finds the program your voice searching for but just can't play them. Strange one, had Glass for some time and not come across it before, wondering if maybe its the TV remote issue possibly?
