      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you first put your Sky Glass TV into standby or power it off, either will be fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reboot your broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your broadband is back up and running, then start up your Glass TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
