    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hahahahahaha so a 24 hour refresh to fix a problem that occurs every day. Sounds like an infinity doom loop to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so this problem has NOT been fixed by anyone has it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apalling service 🤬🤬🤬🤬&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every single day. 3005 error. Only subscribed as wanted to watch Mobland. Only occurs on my living room Sky Glass TV. It's embarrassing. I've tried all the workarounds, reset, refresh, use the app and move it on 10 mins. Sometimes it works and comes back, sometimes not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a disgraceful service level and I demand a refund.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does ANYONE have a long term fix for this mess?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has helped others here in the &amp;nbsp;past.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 3005 error and related ad stop error was fixed a few months or so back by Sky/Paramount and was reported by a number of customers on here including Myself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do though see some customers on here have occasional occurances of it still happening on Sky Stream and Sky Glass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you try a restart of your broadband router and a restart of your Sky Glass TV after the broadband router is back up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would also suggest doing an app refresh;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3168025"&gt;@Will+Gibson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; personally I have never seen this error message but a quick google of&amp;nbsp;"3005 error code paramount" gave lots of information about the issue including things you can try to resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may or may not help but good luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
