hi everyone i ordered my sky glass on 27th august i chose to be delieverd today 1st september but had no confirmation when its coming ect

Have you had order confirmation email? What is your order tracking showing?

You should have received a text and email from AIT yesterday with delivery details on it. You will need to call sky if not showing in your orders as we are fellow subscribers here on the community.

when i go on to my sky account on the tv it still saying processing
