Remote voice mic not working

Hi, I've followed all the steps to see if that will make the mic work but nothing. Any other ideas?

Hi @Pauladeverell04 and welcome to the forum. In the past when I find the voice control becomes unresponsive I just reboot the puck and it fixes the glitch. Go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device. It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a while until the Sky logo appears.

Hi, is that on sky glass? Sorry, mine is just a regular sky q box.

Hi @Pauladeverell04 no problem but you posted your query on the Sky Glass forum which is an easy mistake to make.

It's 3 years since I moved from Sky Q so can't remember all the remedies but it wouldn't do any harm to reboot your Q box by unplugging it for a couple of minutes and then plugging it in again to see if this resolves your problem (it works on Sky Glass and Stream).
